Digital Workforce Services Plc. - Share subscriptions based on stock options 2017, 2018 and 2020
A total of 11,685 Digital Workforce Services Plc’s new shares have been subscribed for with the company’s stock options 2017, 2018 and 2020 in the last quarter of 2025 (1 October to 31 December 2025). The entire subscription price of EUR 3,992 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity.
After the trade registration, the total number of shares is 11,702,210.
The shares subscribed for under the stock options 2017, 2018 and 2020 have been registered in the Trade Register on 3 February 2026, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights.
The shares will be traded on the First North Growth Market Finland marketplace maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki Oy together with the old shares approximately as of 4 February 2026.
