<div class="abstract">Lagercrantz subsidiary Enkom Active Oy announces the successful completion of an asset deal with Agentuuri Neumann Oy, a Finnish company that offers electrical safety products and solutions from the company Bender GmbH &amp; Co. KG.</div>Bender GmbH &amp; Co. KG is a leading provider of top-class electrical safety products and solutions. The range covers, among others, applications in e-mobility, energy generation and distribution, industrial areas and for the medical sector. The business will generate an annual revenue of approximately MEUR 1 with good profitability."The product line will be a quality addition to Enkom Active's offering within the growing Electrification Products segment", comments Marcus Käld, VP Business Development Electrify and Chairman of Enkom Active."It feels assuring to hand over the responsibility of representing Bender on the Finnish market to a long-term and stable partner", says Heikki Neumann, owner of Agentuuri Neumann Oy.The assets will be acquired by Enkom Active and as such be part of the Lagercrantz Electrify division.
