<div class="abstract">Lagercrantz has today completed the acquisition of 85% of the shares of Nordic Road Safety AB.</div>Nordic Road Safety (NRS) is a market leader of permanent road safety systems and noise barriers. The largest market is Sweden with approximately 85% of the sales, the rest is exported to other European countries. For more information about NRS, please visit <a href="https://www.nordicroadsafety.com/en/home/">https://www.nordicroadsafety.com/en/home/</a>During 2023, NRS had revenues of approximately SEK 350 million, operating profits of approximately SEK 50 million and a return on working capital, P/WC, of almost 60%. The EV/EBITA multiple was concluded at approximately 6.5x, excluding a potential earn-out.The acquisition was previously announced December 22, 2023, and has now received regulatory approvals. NRS will be part of the Electrify Division as of March 2024.
