Mandatum Oyj: Mandatum now included in the OMXH25 ESG Responsible[TM] index

Mandatum has now been included in the OMXH25 ESG ResponsibleTM index, which covers the most traded stocks on the Helsinki Stock Exchange with emphasis on sustainability. Mandatum was added to the index in the latest update on 3 February 2025.
The OMXH25 ESG ResponsibleTM index includes the most traded stocks listed on Nasdaq Helsinki that meet certain ESG criteria. Among others, the fulfilment of these criteria is based on the Sustainalytics rating (source: Nasdaq Index Methodology). The Sustainalytics ESG Risk Rating is one of the most well-known metrics describing companies' sustainability efforts, which investors use to assess companies' ESG risks.
Mandatum succeeded well in the Sustainalytics ESG Risk Rating updated in December 2024, ranking in the low ESG risk category (13.6). Among companies in the asset management and custody services subindustry, Mandatum's result was in the top two percent. The results have been good also in other sustainability assessments. In the MSCI assessment updated in November 2024, Mandatum achieved an ESG rating of "AA," which reflects a company that is a leader in its industry in managing ESG risks and opportunities. ISS ESG, on the other hand, awarded Mandatum Prime status in October 2024. In addition to high-quality ESG ratings, Mandatum also achieved excellent results in several categories in the UN PRI assessment, which measures the UN Principles for Responsible Investment.
