Good point, but I think the technical interest rate provision will be enough to be distributed even after 2035. In other words, excess capital will continue to be released even after the €2 extra pot in 2025–2028, so it’s hard to state an absolute right price. Personally, I wouldn’t sell at the €6.15–6.30 share price level the analysts are suggesting.

The decline in the share value should be taken into account here.

Only time will tell, but if you think long-term, I don’t think this morning’s €6.50 is bad. For the next three years '25-'28, ~€2 in capital returns has been “promised” → €2 / €6.50 = +30% return / 3 years.

This same party sold previously. At least then, it was worth buying. There was also a view on the KL discussion forum that Altor was in a bit of a bind since their real estate investments have performed poorly. Who knows, though.

Solidium sold as a major shareholder, I don’t know if it was worth it? Everyone just wants a big payday in between. As a retail investor, you have to settle for profits under millions  Sell when others buy, buy when others sell. It’s worked pretty well.

Sell when a major owner sells. That’s what the books say. I’m waiting for a buying opportunity myself, but at a lower level.

Thanks to Altor and the bots, you could see before the market opened that you’d get this cheap today. Well, the future will show how cheap it was, but compared to recent times, it is and was cheap today.
