The current chair of the board, Ulrika Dellby, is not available for re-election.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>Mikael Karlsson is one of the founders of Fasadgruppen and served as CEO when the company was formed through a merger between STARK Fasadrenovering and Karlssons Fasadrenovering.
