Orkla announced on 31 July 2026 that Orkla Snacks agreed to acquire 100% of the shares in The European Candy Group B.V. (CCI), one of Europe’s leading producers of vegan sugar confectionery products.
The transaction has been approved by relevant competition authorities and has now been completed. CCI will be consolidated into Orkla’s financial statements as of 16 September 2026.
