<div class="abstract">Risk Intelligence A/S ("Risk Intelligence" or "the Company") announces that a significant license agreement for the Risk Intelligence System has been terminated by a US government client ("The Client").</div>The license agreement has effectively been terminated as of 30 September. It is currently unknown whether the license may be re-entered by the Client during the new US financial year starting 1 October 2025.&nbsp;The termination will have an impact on Q3 invoiced revenue as well as ARR and recognised revenue from Q4. It is assessed that growth both within Government &amp; Defence and in other business areas will more than compensate for the loss of the license agreement during the upcoming quarters.&nbsp;&nbsp;About Risk Intelligence Risk Intelligence is a security risk intelligence provider delivering security threat and risk analysis to clients all over the world via the cloud-based Risk Intelligence System, as well as consulting services.
