Talenom has started distributing Easor to external accounting firms in Spain

Easor, the software business spun off from Talenom into its own separate company in early 2025, has launched its software concept in Spain and has also started distributing it to accounting firms outside the Group. Previously, the software has only been used by Talenom itself. From October 2025 onwards, the software will also be known as Easor in Spain, and it is suitable for all Spanish accounting firms and their clients. Anxo Barreiro has been appointed as Easor's Country Director for Spain. He has strong experience in financial administration, both in service production and software. Anxo previously served as Head of Product for Talenom Spain and prior to that as an accounting firm entrepreneur.

“The Spanish financial administration sector is undergoing a major transformation. In January 2026, legislation will come into force in Spain that will force companies, of which there are approximately 2.8 million, to use Verifactu-compliant software for their invoicing. In July 2026, the legislation will be extended to cover all self-employed individuals, of whom there are approximately 2 million in Spain. Currently, up to 90% of companies do not use a compliant invoicing method, so we expect demand for the solutions offered to be high. Easor’s software meets the criteria of the Verifactu legislation and is thus ready to respond to market changes,” says Talenom CEO Otto-Pekka Huhtala.

According to a market study conducted in early 2025, companies primarily rely on their own accounting firm's recommendation when choosing software, so accounting firms will play a significant role as software distributors. In addition to the end-customer tool, Easor can offer functionalities that ease and enhance the everyday life of an accountant, and in the initial phase, Easor's strategy focuses primarily on rapidly growing its accounting firm partner network.

In September 2025, Talenom announced that it would initiate a strategic review of the potential separation of the Easor software business into an independent listed company. More information on the possible separation and its evaluation will be provided as the process progresses.
