Vækstaktier.dk: EgnsINVEST Ejd. Tyskland maintains its 2026 outlook

EGNETYPress release09.10.2026 klo 14.00

Yesterday, EgnsINVEST Ejd. Tyskland published preliminary headline figures for the third quarter, which were in line with the company’s expectations.

EgnsINVEST Ejd. Tyskland expects to report revenue of DKK 15.6 million for the third quarter and a profit before fair value adjustments (EBVAT) of DKK 4.1 million. EBVAT for the first half of the year came in at DKK 7.1 million, corresponding to an expected EBVAT of DKK 11.2 million for the first three quarters of the year. This is in line with the company’s budget, and the full-year outlook is therefore maintained. The company thus continues to expect EBVAT of DKK 15-17 million in 2026.

EgnsINVEST Ejd. Tyskland states that there have been no changes in yield requirements in the market. Despite this, the company expects a positive fair value adjustment of its properties of DKK 6.3 million in the third quarter of 2026. The expected positive development is attributed to the targeted work of renovating apartments when tenants move out in order to raise rents. The company is also continuing its efforts to secure rent increases when re-letting commercial leases, while rent increases on residential leases are implemented on an ongoing basis in accordance with applicable legislation.

The final interim report for the third quarter is expected to be published on 26 November 2026.

Up to 30 September, EgnsINVEST Ejd. Tyskland had bought back 15,386 of its own shares for a total of approximately DKK 2.2 million under its ongoing share buyback programme. The shares are being acquired with a view to reducing the company’s share capital by the acquired shares. The company publishes weekly updates on the share buyback programme, reporting the number of shares acquired.
