Kuten Critter jo vastasikin, niin viimeistään 22.12 on osakkeet maksettava. Koronmaksuvelvoitteen voimassa ollessa tämä taitaa olla pisin aika kapankäynnin keskeytyksestä osakkeiden maksuun. Korkoa on kuitenkin kertynyt Ojalan laskuopin mukaan jo 0,507€/osake 14.10.2024 mennessä ja jos maksu tulisi vasta 22.12, niin sitä kertyisi 0,719€/osake.

välitystuomio annettiin 23.09, se on lainvoimainen 22.11 ja rahat täytyy maksaa kuukauden kuluessa eli viimeistään 22.12, jos/kun päätöksestä ei valiteta. Lunastaja saa tietysti maksaa vaikka huomenna jos haluaa, joten lopullista maksupäivää ei voi tietää.

En ole tuon jälkeen kysellyt, mutta ei ole vielä tapahtunut. Mutta kun kurssit laskee, niin ehkä se on vaan parempi näin

Kyselin vähän Efecten lunastuksen osalta ja sain tällaisen vastauksen: “En osa sanoa vielä muuta kuin että tämä prosessi etenee aika nopeasti. Välimies valmistelee parasta aikaa tuomionsa tässä asiassa. Välimiesoikeus pyrkii antamaan välitystuomion viimeistään maanantaihin 23.9.2024 mennessä. Muutama aiempi esimerkki viittaisi että jotain 2vk ja 3kk väliltä (lunastusoikeus vahvistettiin viikko sitten), veikkaan nopeampaa päätyä:  Jonkinlainen korko lienee myös tulossa

We updated our growth estimates to a more negative scenario, where the company's organic growth relies more heavily on growth in existing accounts and new customer acquisition would slow down significantly in 2023. With updated estimates, we believe that the downside valuation of the stock (2023e EV/S 2.0x) is still low given the company's growth trajectory and outlook and leaves ample room for near-term growth challenges. </p>
