Four new high-performance CCS2+ charging stations have been installed at Langgrabenstrasse 20. Two of the charging points are already in operation, and the rest will be commissioned in phases.*        Thanks to the MEGA satellites, the charging station now offers up to 560 kW of power, increasing the efficient charging capacity for electrified heavy vehicles. Additionally, the new charging stations are compatible with the Megawatt Charging System (MCS), which can deliver up to 1.2 megawatts of power, and they are designed to meet the future needs of freight transport.        The innovative charging area is located right near the highway junction between the cantons of Zurich, St. Gallen, and Graubünden. Thanks to its favorable location, it plays an important role in regional and trans-Alpine freight transport. The facility is open to everyone, and it can be used not only by heavy goods vehicles but also by passenger cars."

It really looks like MONTA has changed its evaluation criteria. Previously, the error rate was tracked using two different values. It is an excellent result that both of Kempower’s chargers are in the top 10, but it certainly stings to lose to Alpitronic at all.  If “Charge success rate	91.87” is the inverse of the error rate, then they are pretty much neck and neck. A year earlier it was 93.7. Alpitronic has just upped their game, meaning they’ve made some changes because all their AiO chargers overtook Kempower.

I don’t remember exactly what kind of figures Kempower had previously, but I don’t see any significant collapse in those. Alpitronic, on the other hand, seems to have improved its own statistics. This statistic illustrates the market’s pecking order quite well. Alpitronic is the clear market leader and Kempower a solid second.

Some slightly worrying news as well. MONTA published the latest reliability data and Kempower plummeted to fifth place, whereas they have always been first until now. Alpitronic took the first four spots with their chargers. Was it a specific part that failed and the issue was fixed, or is the decline continuing? @Pauli_Lohi Hopefully, the CMD will once again pull ahead with a clear technological lead in Kempower’s favor.
