Kemppi Group sold then, Kempinvest bought now. Not the same entity, but the same family is involved regardless. 3.4 million shares back then, now 162k. Good to buy when it’s cheap, or something like that.

Finally, Kyle Conner gets to test a Kempower station in the States with proper power, excluding factory visits. Years ago he visited some of the first ones, but I think there was only 100 kW for two hoses.

Well, I don’t know, Kempinvest’s revenue only seems to be a few million, and there’s hardly any operating profit. Hard to say whether it was a large, small, or medium-sized investment. Kemppi Group owns 62% of Kempower, and now Kempinvest, belonging to the same family, owns one percent...

I am not an electrical engineer, but I am fairly certain that electrical regulations dictate sizing very precisely, and no professional would “dare to take more risk in component sizing”. Attached is a diagram of how their systems differ from each other.

Based on the diagram, it seems that more power is drawn from Kempower’s system. That is also why the main fuses are Kempower 150A, Tesla 110A. Very simple.

As seen in your image, the voltages are the same in both units. If the output power is the same in both, then based on that, the current is also the same. This assumption is also supported by the fact that in the 480V feeds, both seem to have the same nominal current of 4000 A. So...
