Sydänlammi is conducting a land deal in January 2026 with a company owned by the chairmen of the Parkano and Töysä Savings Bank Foundations. The Töysä Savings Bank Foundation has defended Sydänlammi to the bitter end, who was the foundation’s CEO until last week. This country bumpkin mafia still hasn’t learned a single thing, and they never will. The value of the land deals was a whopping 45,000 euros, but that’s a side issue in this amateurish meddling.

I completely agree with you on this. The third (?) and new line of action, namely the 1.85 million euros worth of assets being sought for precautionary seizure, is also worth examining. What makes this new line interesting is that because the precautionary seizure targets individuals and their companies jointly and severally, the bailiff will search for assets from all liable parties until the sum is covered. This means the seizure can extend to everything these individuals and their companies own: real estate, shares, bank accounts. I don’t know how much wealth Turtio has, but he is already involved in one pool with Sydänlammi, which is significant in itself. As an example: New House Innovation Oy, mentioned in the stories, owns 85 percent of NHI Apartments I Oy, which has both direct debt from Oma Savings Bank and possibly also housing company loans from Oma SP in several of its projects. According to news reports, New House Innovation itself is also quite indebted, as are its other entities, many of which reportedly have Oma SP as the housing company loan provider. NHI Apartments I Oy owns, in addition to approximately 200 apartments, the Lauttasaaren Onni apartment building project. Consequently, this precautionary seizure will quickly extend to the entire corporate cluster, as valuing indebted and loss-making companies presumably makes drawing boundaries difficult. The airline X-Flite is likely also within the same ownership circle; its aircraft, financed by Oma SP, hasn’t been seen in the air for ages. So yes! This is indeed just the opening kick-off, and certainly not a small one, because at worst, this opening kick-off will halt the payment traffic of all the companies depending on how the valuation is handled, and based on my gut feeling, I estimate that the valuation of the companies in this market situation is not exactly earth-shattering. If the above happens, it will reflect directly on Oma Savings Bank, which is the financier for almost all the companies. The bank itself has reported restructuring its problem portfolio, which presumably includes these projects in addition to Fincap. At the very least, arrangements aimed at selling the properties will inevitably stop, which in turn could directly affect the bank’s need for write-downs if the loans for these projects haven’t been recorded as credit losses yet. The last in the chain are the housing companies, because if the maintenance fees are not paid, the housing companies may not be able to manage their own loans, and in many cases, the lender is often Oma Savings Bank itself, which makes the situation particularly significant.

Regarding Turtio and Sydänlammi, the amount is nearly 12 million euros, so the National Bureau of Investigation (KRP) does not appear to agree with the bank solely on Turtio’s guilt. In the case of Turtio and a shareholder of New House Innovation, the seizure is just under 2 million euros.
