The company&#x2019;s new CEO Thor M&#xf6;ger Pedersen and CFO Christian Dufft will present the financial results, latest developments, and answer questions during an online live event on 19 August 2025 at 10.00. Ahead of the H1 2025 report, Donkey Republic adjusted its 2025 guidance in mid-July. For 2025, the revenue guidance range was kept at DKK 165-185m (13-26% growth), but EBITDA and EBIT guidance ranges were downgraded to an EBITDA in the range of DKK 22-32m (before DKK 27-37m) and EBIT in the range of DKK -5m to 2m (before DKK 1-6m). The EBITDA and EBIT guidance downgrade are explained by a delayed deployment of bikes in new cities and a reduced number of licenses in the Netherlands. The company expects increased clarity on the timeline for new city contracts during Q3 2025.
