Wirtek is expected to release its Q3 2025 interim report on November 11, 2025. The management will present the results at a virtual live event with a Q&amp;A session on the same day at 14:00 CET. In addition to the financial results, the presentation will include an update on Wirtek&#x2019;s recent business developments and provide insights into the current market environment. H1 2025 results remained challenged by the completion of a long-standing client engagement and continued delays in clients&#x2019; decision-making processes. However, performance improved sequentially in Q2 2025, with revenue declining by 8% compared to 14% in Q1 2025. Cost optimization initiatives launched earlier in the year contributed to EBITDA returning to positive territory (DKK 0.3m), ahead of the company&#x2019;s target to achieve positive EBITDA no later than Q3 2025. In connection with the Q2 2025 report, the company revised its full-year guidance. Revenue is now expected to be in the range of DKK 64.0&#x2013;69.0m (previously DKK 70.0&#x2013;75.0m at the start of the year), while the implemented cost optimization measures allowed EBITDA guidance to be maintained at DKK 1.0&#x2013;5.0m. For the upcoming Q3 report, the focus will likely be on whether business conditions have started to improve towards the end of the year and whether management will provide further details on the strategy update that the company has communicated will be released during the fourth quarter of 2025.
