Loihde Plc: The cancellation of Loihde Plc’s shares entered in the Trade Register

On 3 May 2022, Loihde Plc announced the decision of its Board of Directors to cancel all the treasury shares in possession of the company on that day, in total 407,618 shares.

The cancellation of the treasury shares has today been registered with the Trade Register.

On 4 January 2022, Loihde Plc’s Board of Directors decided to start a share buyback programme in accordance with the authorisation granted to them by the Annual General Meeting on 6 May 2021.
